GOOSEmessages are used for interlock operation between IEDs in order to protect theelectrical system. GGIO1 is used for sending high-speed GOOSE messages. TheDataID assigned to GGIO1 is sent within 3ms.If the user wishes to assign the DataID for GOOSE operation, follow the stepsbelow:1. Click GGIO1 and select Ind1 as shown in Figure 11.3-19.2. Drag and Drop the required signals to be sent by GOOSE.Note: The user can assign any signal to GGIO1->Ind1~16 for high-speed GOOSE, asrequired.DropDragFigure 11.3-19 Signal mapping for high speed GOOSEAs shown in the above figure, signals are assigned to “System/GGIO1$Ind1”. Theuser can assign signals to other GGIOs (for example, GGIO2, GGIO3 and so on)which are not meant for high-speed GOOSE operation.
