6F2T0207 (0.01)GRE200 (5,6)- 310 -2.27.2 ATO judgmentSeveral settings and condition signals are used in the ATO judgement process, which arecustomized using PLC function.(i) ATO enable conditionWhen On is set for setting [ATO-EN], the ATO judgement process will be allowed to start whenATO_READY signal has been generated at PLC connection point ‘ATO_READY_COND’ and itis passed for over a certain time. The user can adjust the time with setting [T_ATO_Ready].(ii) ATO start conditionAfter generated ‘ATO enable condition’, ATO judgment will be generated if a start-up signal isgenerated at ‘ATO_START_COND’.(iii) ATO judgement for issuing commandsIf the result of “ATO judgement” is outputted with some conditions and when the result hasbeen satisfied for over a certain time, ATO commands will be issued to change the lines ofpower reception. ATO commands can be mentioned with “CB open” and “CB closed”. Thenumber of ATO commands etc. is described below (note: asterisk ‘*’ means a number of 1–5):Number of ATO commands:A number among 1 to 5 shall be set for setting [ATO-COM.NUM]. The number shall bedetermined in accordance with the requests coming from some circumstances.Generation of ATO commands:ATO command generation shall be confirmed with signals and time conditions. Signalconditions will be described with two states: ‘ATO_COM*_COND1’ and‘ATO_COM*_COND2’. Time condition can be described with the observation, which canbe done for over a certain time, which the user can set for setting [T_ATO_COM*].Pulse-width of ATO command:The pulse-width of ATO command can be set with a setting. The user should adjust thelength of pulse-width using the setting [A_ATO_COM*W] so that the breaker open/closemotion is performed completely.
