Removing the Separation Roller1) Remove the left deck pick-upassembly from the copier.2) Remove the mounting screw q, anddetach the separation rollerassembly w from the joint e.3) Remove the separation roller rfrom the separation roller shaftmount.Take care not to lose the pin fromthe roller.The urethane sponge used on theroller is initially pink and changes toyellow over time, accelerated byexposure to light (pink to orange,and then to yellow).The fact is common to all urethanesponge types, and will not affect itsphysical performance.
