Removing the Scanning Lamp1) Remove the copyboard glassretainer, and remove the copyboardglass.2) Move the No. 1 mirror mount to thecenter (Cut-off area).3) Remove the two mounting screwsq, and remove the reflecting shadew and the support plate e.4) While pushing the electrode block atthe rear toward the rear, remove thescanning lamp r.Reference:You may remove the heat absorb-ing glass before removing thescanning lamp to facilitate thework. However, do not touch theglass while it is hot.1. Do not work if the surface of thescanning lamp is hot.2. Do not leave fingerprints on thesurface of the scanning lamp.3. If the surface of the scanninglamp is soiled, dry wipe it.4. Do not leave fingerprints on thereflecting shade.5. Do not deform the reflectingshade.6.
