Be sureto observe the following whenever handling the process unit or the photosen-sitive drum:1. If you have removed the process unit, be sure to protect the photosensitivedrum against light by covering it with its protective sheet or wrapping itwith 6 or more sheets of A3 paper.2. Do not place the process unit or the photosensitive drum near a window oran area subject to direct rays of the sun.3. Do not store the process unit or the photosensitive drum in a place subjectto high/low temperature/humidity to a rapid change in these environmen-tal conditions.4. Do not store the process unit or the photosensitive drum in a place subjectto dust, ammonium gas, or organic solvent gas.The foregoing rules equally apply to all types of photosensitive drums.7.10.5.2 Removing the Photosensitive Drum 0010-8826iR7105 / iR7095 / iR70861) Remove the developing fan.2) Slide out the process unit.3) Remove the 3 screws [1], and disconnect the 2 connectors [2]; then, detachthe sub plate assembly [3].F-7-604) Remove the 2 screws [1], and detach the positioner holder [2].F-7-615) Remove the 3 screws [1], and detach the drum fixing plate [2].F-7-626) Remove the screw [1], and detach the bearing stopper [2]; then, shift thephotosensitive drum [3] to the front (in the direction of the arrow) to lift.[2][1][1][2] [3][1] [2][3][1] [1][2][2][3][1][2][1][1] [2][1]
