If any item is missing or damaged, please contact your local authorizedCanon dealer.When using a hard disk, you need to install the ROM for the hard disk supplied withthe hard disk. Install the ROM as well as the hard disk. A Phillips screwdriver isrequired for installing a hard disk and the ROM. Have a screwdriver ready inadvance that matches the size of the screws.Observe the following guidelines when installing the hard disk.WARNINGBe sure to turn the printer OFF, unplug the power plug, and then disconnect allthe interface cables and power cord from the printer before installing a harddisk. If you attempt to install a hard disk when the printer is ON or any cable isconnected to the printer, this may result in an electrical shock.CAUTIONBe careful when handling the main board or hard disk.
