Atthis time the internal shutter is automatically closed.• The laser settings (laser power / pulse cycle or laser frequency / pulse duration) set in the selected file are applied tothe laser radiation for measurement. Even if you have set the different settings for the laser radiation for measurementby using Laser Marker NAVI smart, the radiation settings are overwritten with the laser settings in the selected file whenyou execute the radiation by this command.• If you correct the laser power in the system settings, this correction is always applied to the laser radiation formeasurement when you execute the radiation by this command.• The laser for measurement is radiated at the center of marking field. The system offset of X-/Y-position in the systemsettings are not applied to this function.• With LP-RC series, it takes around 300ms to max. 4 seconds to start laser radiation after sending the radiation request.• With LP-RC series for the first laser radiation after the laser pumping on, warning E640 may occur in case the laserpumping has been off for more than several days. In this case, send the shutter close request or input alarm reset torecover from the warning status, and then retry lasing operation.• Do not execute any other operation including the shutter opening/closing and sending MKM command during the laserradiation for measurement.• If you want to radiate the laser to the arbitrary points, use “Point radiation” function instead of this function.⿎ Example of command settingsCondition: Radiation on/off = 1• Setting Transmission data [STX] SPT S 1 [CR]ME-LP-GS-SR-COMP-3
