36 Position of the gravity center of head (without cables)(60)GG(100)(170)Unit: mmG = gravity center(approximate dimension) Cautions for installing the head to a movable deviceAlthough the head of this product is resistant to vibration of acceleration 9.8 m/s2 or below, we do not guarantee thevibration resistance in all environments.As the laser marker is equipped with precision devices, it is recommended to use the head stand still.If the head is loaded on a movable robot or the like, observe the following items.• Avoid a strong impact on the head caused by sudden acceleration or sudden stop.• Start the marking operation with the head completely stopped without vibration. Radiating laser during movement or rightafter stopping will cause marking disorder.• Controller's vibration resistance only applies when without current. Do not move it during operations.• Secure at least 100mm bend radius for the cable.• Install the product so that no load is applied onto the cable.• Do not wire the cable with load locally put on the cable.• Do not wire the cable with load locally put on the cable root and connectors.• It is recommended to prepare a spare cable for the event of cable break. Refer to “7-2-11 Replacement of cable” (P.157).• Even a vibration below acceleration 9.8 m/s2 may affect the optical parts inside the laser marker depending on theinstallation conditions and use time.
