Selecting the DSK materialSelecting the DSK fill signal and DSK source signalPress the [DSK] button in the AUX bus selection area toswitch the selection of the DSK fill signal (indicator lights inamber) and DSK source signal (indicator lights in green).While the indicator of the [DSK] button is lit in amber, pressone of the AUX bus crosspoint buttons 1 to 12 to select theDSK fill signal.The indicator of the selected AUX bus crosspoint buttonlights in amber. When theluminance key has been selected as the downstream keytype, the key signals will remain unchanged even when thekey source signals are switched.AMBER : FILL / GREEN : SOURCEKEY PinP1 PinP2 DSK AUX1 AUX2 AUX3 AUX4 DISP MVAUX BUS DELEGATIONAUXAUX/DISP SOURCESHIFTPGMPVWLighting in greenLinking the DSK fill signal and DSK source signalselection1 Press the s button to light it, and display the Configmenu.2 Use [F1] to display the Key Signal Coupling sub menu.3 Use [F2] to select the linking method for the DSK fillsignal and DSK source signal by using the DSK Fill/Srcitem.Independent The DSK fill signal and DSK source signalare set separately.Fill To Source When the DSK fill signal is selected, the DSKsource signal changes automatically.Source To Fill When the DSK source signal is selected, theDSK fill signal changes automatically.When the [DSK] button lights in amber, the DSK fillsignal can be selected, and when it lights in green, theDSK source signal can be selected.When the DSK fill signal is selected, the DSK sourcesignal also switches automatically.Initially, the DSK source signal and the DSK fill signalwill be the same signal.For example, when “SDI1” is selected for the DSK fillsignal, the DSK source signal also becomes “SDI1”.After that, when the [DSK] button is pressed and lightsin green, “SDI2” is selected for the DSK source signal.At this time, combination data indicating that the DSK fillsignal is “SDI1” and the DSK source signal is “SDI2” isrecorded on the unit.After the DSK fill signal and DSK source signal havebeen switched to other signals to perform anotheroperation, if the DSK fill signal is then selected and setto “SDI1”, the saved combination data causes the DSKsource signal to automatically switch to “SDI2”.If the DSK source signal is changed while the DSK fillsignal is set to “SDI1”, the combination data is updatedto reflect the change, and is recorded on the unit.When the DSK source signal is selected, the DSK fillsignal switches automatically.However, be aware that if the [DSK] button is pressedwhen it is not lit, the [DSK] button will first light green,and the mode will be that for selecting the DSK sourcesignal.(For Independent and Fill to Source, the [DSK] buttonfirst lights amber.)Recorded combination data is initialized by changing theDSK Fill/Src item in the Key Signal Coupling sub menu.The initial values for the DSK source signal and the DSKfill signal are the same.
