Use the Mount Adapter EF-EOS M to attach EF and EF-S lenses as well (= 21).1 Make sure the camera is off.2 Remove the caps.● Remove the rear lens cap and the bodycap by turning them as shown by thearrows.3 Attach the lens.● Align the mount indexes (the whitecircles) on the lens and camera, and turnthe lens until it clicks into place, as shownby the arrow.4 Remove the front lens cap.● Turn the zoom ring on the lens to zoom.● Zoom before focusing, because theimage may become unfocused if youfocus before zooming.Display LanguageChange the display language as needed.1 Enter Playback mode.● Press the [ ] button.2 Access the setting screen.● Press and hold the [ ] button, and thenpress the [ ] button.3 Set the display language.● Press the [ ][ ][ ][ ] buttons or turnthe [ ] dial to choose a language, andthen press the [ ] button.● Once the display language has been set,the setting screen is no longer displayed.● You can also change the display language by pressing the[ ] button and choosing [Language ] on the [ 2] tab.● You can also set the display language by touching a language onthe screen in step 3 and then touching it again.
