Press the [ ] button and enter a differentnickname.● To connect without entering a password in step 5, go to the menu(= 32), choose the [ 4] tab, and set [Password] to [Off] in [Wi-Fi Settings]. [Password] is no longer displayed in the SSID displayscreen (step 4).● If you have previously connected to devices, recent destinationswill be listed first when you access the Wi-Fi menu. You can easilyconnect again by pressing the [ ][ ] buttons to choose thedevice and then pressing the [ ] button. To add a new device,display the device selection screen by touching [ ][ ], and thenconfigure the setting.● If you prefer not to display recent target devices, choose MENU(= 32) > [ 4] tab > [Wi-Fi Settings] > [Target History] > [Off].Using Another Access PointYou can also use an existing access point when connecting the camera toa smartphone through the Wi-Fi menu.Also refer to the access point user manual.8 Adjust the privacy setting.● When this screen is displayed, press the[ ][ ] buttons or turn the [ ] dial tochoose [All images], and then press the[ ] button.● After a connection is established withthe smartphone, this screen will close inabout one minute.9 Import images.● Use the smartphone to import imagesfrom the camera to the smartphone.● Select [All images] in step 8 when shooting remotely.● All images in the camera can be viewed from the connectedsmartphone when you choose [All images] in step 8. Selectanother option in step 8 to place restrictions on camera imagesviewable from the smartphone (= 135). Once you haveregistered a smartphone, you can change privacy settings for iton the camera (= 135).
