On the day(s) specified asholiday(s), settings in this parameter have priority over settings for Trunk Service, Port Serviceand Caller ID Call Routing.When setting specific day(s) as holiday(s), you have the following 2 options:• The first option is to specify a single day on which to enable the Holiday Servicesetting. For example, you can specify the New Year’s Day as a holiday.• The second option is to specify a range of days to enable the Holiday Service settingon all days within the specified range. For example, you can specify the start and theend dates of your Christmas vacation.NoteHolidays cannot overlap. For example, if you have set Dec. 22nd to Jan. 6th as holidays,you cannot set Jan. 1st as a holiday.To provide a special message to callers on a holiday (for example, "Today is New Year’s Dayand our office is closed. If you wish to record a message, please press 1 now".), you can createa Custom Service menu.
