This can be done at any time using the telephone.Listening to MessagesThe Message Manager can monitor the status of the General Delivery Mailbox through hismailbox. He can listen to the messages stored in the General Delivery Mailbox and, ifnecessary, transfer them to their intended recipients.1. Log in the Main Menu.2. The VPS plays the number of new messages. Press [1] to listen to the messages.3. The VPS plays each message, identifying the sender and indicating when the messagewas recorded. Press [0] to listen to the entire menu.• [1] Repeat this Message• [1] [1] Replay the Previous Message• [2] Play the Next Message• [3] ([1]) Erase this Message• [4] Reply• [5] Rewind• [6] Fast Forward• [7] Transfer• [8] Message Scan• [9] Save this Message as NewTransferring MessagesMessages left in the General Delivery Mailbox must be transferred to their intended recipientswith voice comments attached when necessary.
