It is configured in the PLC function, but its default signal has not been mapped forIEC61850 LNs (that is, it is mapped for LNs depending when it is required). The behavior ofU16_01 is almost the same as the behavior of Qual_validity, but the failure and inaccurate ofDetail quality can also be set.Figure 10.3-32 Structure of U16_01 signalNote: The validity of U16_01 signal is only affected by signals of SERI_ERR andMINR_ERR of from the MNT_LOGIC function block (see ChapterAutomaticsupervision: Supervision of task operation). When errors occur, SERI_ERR signal can be generated if Serious and Serious(Comm) are set for the settings [CHK_xxx:Lvl]. On the other hand, MINR_ERR signal can be generated if Minor, Alarm,Warning are set for the settings [CHK_xxx:Lvl]. The SERI_ERR signal includes ‘invalid’ and ‘failure’ in the detail quality. The MINR_ERR signal includes ‘questionable’ and ‘inaccurate’. The SERI_ERR and MINR_ERR signals are exclusive one. Table 10.3-9 shows the combination of validity and detail quality.Table 10.3-9 Combinations of validity and detail quality (U16_01)Cases Validity Detail quality Notes1 invalid Failure2 questionable inaccurate≥10 0 0Kinds ofValidityoverflowoutOfRangebadReferenceoscillatoryfailureoldDatainconsistentinaccuratesourcetestoperatorblockedQual_Validity0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0Detail qualitySERI_ERRTest Mode220001 3110111001220001 3110121001201301 3100001190301001 3110041005MINR_ERRKinds of ValueValidityGood 00Invalid 01Questionable 11
