Select [Close].Device AccessSpecifies whether to limit access tothe following pathways.• All Services Pathway - Verifiesusers when they access a servicescreen.• Job Status Pathway - Verifies users when they access Job Status.• Machine Status Pathway - Verifies users when they access Machine Status.Service AccessSpecifies whether to limit access toeach service.Selecting [Unlocked] for a servicedoes not verify users upon accessingthe service. Selecting [Locked (ShowIcon)] verifies users, but shows theservice icon to unauthenticated users. [Locked (Hide Icon)] verifies users, and hidesthe service icon to unauthenticated users.NOTE: The Locked/Unlocked status of a service is linked to the Disable/Enable statusof the service in the Auditron Mode of the Accounting feature. When [Unlocked] isselected for the Copy service, for example, the Copy service is automatically set to[Disable Accounting] in the Accounting feature.
