The Margin Shift option enables you to center a document image,shift the image to one edge slightly, or move the image to a specified edge (0-2.0in./0-50.8 mm Left/Right or Top/Bottom) of the output.Image RotationIf the orientation of the paper loaded in the selected paper tray differs from that of thedocument that is scanned, the Image Rotation option automatically rotates thedocument image to match the orientation of the paper loaded in the paper tray. Youcan also select which edge of the original document to use as a reference for imagerotation if documents are of mixed orientations.
