In this way, you need only perform long distance communicationonce, thus saving on communication costs that would otherwise be incurred.You can specify the time at which you want to send documents from this machine, thusenabling you to select a time period when communication costs are low or when the line isnot busy.NOTE• When using a Relay Memory Box, first set the Relay Memory Box, and inform the remote machine ofthe subaddress and RX password of the Relay Memory Box.
