(See ‘Setting Automatic Output of an RX Report,’ on p. 7-6.)1 REPORT NAME An “RX REPORT” is printed when the sending of documents is completed normally,and also when a receiving error occurs.2 MESSAGE A message describing the reception result is printed.3 JOB NO. The 4-digit number, that is automatically assigned when a receiving document isaccepted, is printed.4 DEPARTMENT ID If Department ID Management is set, the Department ID is printed.5 DESTINATIONADDRESSThe telephone number of the sending party is printed to the first 20 digits.6 SUBADDRESS A subaddress is printed if one is specified.7 DESTINATION ID The name of the remote party is printed.8 ST. TIME The date and time (24-hour clock display) at which the documents started to be sentare printed.9 USAGE T The time taken (minutes and seconds) from start to end of sending is printed.10 PGS.
