Anactivity report can be printed either automatically or manually.An activity report is automatically printed either when the number of communication resultsreaches 40, or when a specified time is reached.You can set whether or not to automatically print an activity report. (See ‘Setting AutomaticOutput of an Activity Report,’ on p. 7-4.)NOTE• The default setting for printing an activity report is Auto Print “On” with 40 communication items.1 ST. TIME The date and time (24-hour clock display) at which the documents started to be sentare printed. The * mark indicates a communication that is contained in an activityreport that has already been printed.2 CONNECTIONTEL/IDThe name and telephone number of the remote party are printed. If a subaddress orsender’s name has been specified, it is printed beneath the telephone number.3 NO. A 4-digit number, that is automatically assigned when a TX/RX document isaccepted, is printed.
