Settings for Printing Received Documents5-38Setting and Storing Custom Fax Settings5Settings for Printing Received DocumentsYou can set the number of received documents to print and the method of printing them.Specifying the Method of Printing Received DocumentsThis setting controls how printing is performed when the machine has no paper matching thesize of the received document.There are four printing methods (switches A, B, C, and D):• Switch A: Sections of an image are printed on two sheets of paper that have the samecombined size as the received document.• Switch B: Received documents are printed with an added blank space on paper that hasthe same width as the received document.• Switch C: Images are reduced and printed on paper that differs in width from the receiveddocument.• Switch D: Images are printed on paper that is larger in size than the received document.NOTE• For details regarding selecting a paper cassette when printing received documents, see theReference Guide.• The default setting of all switches is “On.”1 Call up the desired screen as follows:(AdditionalFunctions)Select Cassette
