Remove the printer from the 500 Sheet Feeder (REP 11.1).2. Remove the paper tray from the feeder.3. Remove the Front Cover (REP 11.2).4. Remove the Left Cover (REP 11.3).5. Remove the 500 Sheet Feed Head Assembly (REP 11.9).6. Remove the two screws that secure the Gear Cover (Figure 1). Remove the gear cover.7. Release the locking tab and remove the turn gear (Figure 1).8. Remove the E-rings and bearings from the left end of the turn shaft (Figure 1).9. Remove the printer from the 500 Sheet Feeder (REP 11.1).2. Remove the paper tray from the feeder.3. Remove the Front Cover (REP 11.2).4. Remove the Left Cover (REP 11.3).5. Remove the 500 Sheet Feed Head Assembly (REP 11.9).6. Tilt the retard chute forward.7. Use a screwdriver to pry up the right end of the chute (Figure 1).8.
