9-6 Special Features Chapter 9Printing a Document Stored in MemoryFollow this procedure to print a document stored in memory:NoteWhen you print a document stored in memory using the following procedure, the print isreduced to 90% of the original.1 Open the one-touch speed dial panel.2 Press Memory Reference.3 Use N or M to select PRINT DOCUMENT.4 Press Set.5 Use N or M to select the transaction number(TX/RX NO.) of the document you want toprint.• If you are unsure of the transactionnumber (TX/RX NO.), print the DOC.MEMORY LIST (1 p. 9-5).• A “#” before the transaction number(TX/RX NO.) indicates that thatdocument is being sent at that momentand can therefore not be selected.• Use O or P to display details of thetransaction (e.g. destination).6 Press Set.7 Press T to print the first page only, or press #to print all pages of the document.• The FAX prints the document.8 To continue printing other documents inmemory, repeat the procedure from step 5.-or-Press Stop to return to standby mode.DOC.
