CANON NP6330 REV.0 MAY 1997 PRINTED IN JAPAN (IMPRIME AU JAPON)No.1234WorkConnect the power plug.Using the door switch actuator, turn onthe door switch, thereby turning on thepower.Check to make sure the feedingassembly has been unlocking.Check to make sure that the hopper issecurely set inside the copier.Press the service mode switch (SSW)with a hex key.• The indicator indicates ‘[1]’Execute ‘No. 407’ in service mode.• Press the ‘4’ on the keypad, OK key,‘0’ and ‘7’ on the keypad, and OKkey in sequence.Checks/remarks• Check to make sure that the AddPaper indicator has turned on open-ing and closing the copyboard cover.• Press the keys on the keypad andthe Clear key to make sure that thecorrect copy count is indicated.If the hopper is not securely setinside the copier, the developingassembly will not be supplied withtoner correctly, possibly locking thehopper motor.The copier will operate about 6 min,during which the developing assembly issupplied with toner from the hopper.Perform steps 5) and 6) during thisperiod.Do not ever turn off the power orremove the door switch actuatorwhile the copier is in operation.SSWNote:Note:Note:
