Supported Paper and MediaPhaser® 6180MFP Multifunction Printer5-3Paper Usage GuidelinesThe printer trays accommodate most sizes and types of paper, transparencies, or otherspecialty media. Follow these guidelines when loading paper and media in the trays:■ Envelopes and transparencies can be printed from Tray 1 (MPT) only.■ Fan paper, transparencies, or other specialty media before loading in the paper tray.■ Do not print on label stock once a label has been removed from a sheet.■ Use only paper envelopes. Do not use envelopes with windows, metal clasps, or adhesiveswith release strips.■ All envelopes should be printed single-sided only.■ Some wrinkling and embossing may occur when printing envelopes.■ Do not overload the paper trays. Do not load paper above the fill line on the inside of thepaper guide.■ Adjust the paper guides to fit the paper size.
