Select aname for the new folder from one of the displayed keywords: You canchange these keywords using the following Ed it Keywords function.Refer to Edit Keywords in “Edit Keywords” on page 201.—Delete Folder The selected folder and its contents are deleted after awarning prompt is displayed. A “Parent” folder or system folder canNOT be deleted.—Copy Folder The selected folder and its contents are copied and amessage is displayed telling you that the copy was successful.——Then select a device to copy the folder to. Choose from Copyto Internal, Copy to USB (must be inserted), or Copy to SDCard (must be inserted).——Do Copy to complete the file copy to the media/folderselected.—Rename The rename folder menu opens and the selected folder’s titleis displayed and available for editing.—Press Exit when finished.Edit KeywordsThe preselected keywords (FILE, SITE, and so forth) can be ed ited to meet yourspecific needs. Your keywords will remain in the FieldFox until you changethem.
