These shortcutsspeed the process of removing approaches, departures,and arrivals, and aid in selecting a specific flight planleg for navigation guidance.On the preceding page, options to removeapproaches, departures and arrivals were introduced.This process may also be completed using the CLRkey, as described below and illustrated at left.To remove an approach, departure, or arrivalusing the CLR key:1. Wth the actve flght plan page dsplayed, pressthe small right knob to actvate the cursor.2. Turn the large right knob to hghlght thettle for the approach, departure or arrval youwsh to delete. Ttles wll appear n lght bluedrectly above the procedure’s wayponts.3. Press CLR to dsplay a confirmaton wndow.4. Wth “Yes?” hghlghted, press ENT to removethe selected procedure.
