You can attach a faxcover page and even schedule the transmission time that the faxshould be sent. Predefined fax cover pages are available for you touse, or you can design your own.For associates to whom you repeatedly send faxes or e-mail, you canset up an Address Book, containing predefined fax and e-mailinformation for each recipient (such as the fax or e-mail number).When you send a fax or an e-mail message from your computer, therecipient information is then readily available in the Address Book.You can also receive faxes from your business and personal contactsdirectly into your PC.o Scan an ImageThe TWAIN-compliant scan driver enables you to use the MultiPASSprinter to scan black and white documents, photographs, and otherimages directly into the Desktop Manager or into another WindowsNT application.o Import or Export a DocumentYou can import, export, store, and manage .BMP, .FPX, .JPG, .PCX, or.TIF documents and images directly in the Desktop Manager.
