In the Print dialog box, specify your print options and click OK.This report provides you with a hard copy of your Address Bookinformation.Importing the Address BookYou may have an existing address book, created by another application,containing the entries you want to use for the Address Book in theDesktop Manager. In this event, you can import your address book to theDesktop Manager.Any ASCII text file containing information that is separated by a commaor tab can be imported into the Desktop Manager Address Book.o If the address information in the text file is separated by a comma,the text file extension must be .CSV.o If the address information in the text file is separated by a tab, thetext file extension must be .TXT.You must save your text file as a comma or tab separated text file beforeyou import it into the Desktop Manager.
