5-22 PC Faxing Chapter 5o Address Book EntriesAddress Book entries are listed alphabetically by last name,displaying both group and individual names, company name, phone,fax, and e-mail information.o Status BarThe status bar displays additional information for a selected AddressBook entry, based on whether the selected entry is an individualentry (title, street address, and comments) or group entry (commentsabout the group).o Process ButtonsUse the Process buttons to perform various tasks while working withthe Address Book, such as editing an entry, creating a new entry, orimporting and exporting information.Working with Address Book EntriesThe Address Book contains the following types of entries:o IndividualAn individual entry allows you to identify each individual to whomyou frequently send PC faxes. Once entered, you can then quicklyspecify the recipient of a PC fax by selecting them from the AddressBook.o GroupA group entry identifies two or more individual Address Bookentries to whom you repeatedly send the same PC fax. For example,you may want to set up a group to include those individualsinvolved in a particular business project. When you specify the groupentry as the fax recipient on your PC fax, the PC fax is sent to eachindividual in the group.Sorting the Address BookThe Address Book is, by default, sorted alphabetically by last name. Youcan change the sort by clicking any column title. To return the sort to itsprevious state, click the column title again.
