Refer to GP 24 Memory Resources. Inform the customer of the minimum recom-mendation. If necessary install additional EPC memory, (32-55 ppm) PL 3.20 Item 12 or(65-87 ppm) PL 3.10 Item 12.• The problem may be the EPC memory PWB. Install a new EPC memory PWB, (32-55ppm) PL 3.20 Item 12 or (65-87 ppm) PL 3.10 Item 12.19-404 Compressor Time-out RAP19-404 Video compressor DVMA time-outInitial Actions• Check for DADH misfeed.• Check for jammed paper before the fuser.• If the job has mixed originals, make sure that Mixed Size Originals is selected on the UI.• Switch off the machine, then switch on the machine, GP 14.ProcedurePerform the following:• Perform 03-315, 325, 347, 348, 349, 355, 400, Image Processor PWB Failure RAP.• Check the history files for DADH 05-XX faults and if necessary perform the appropriateRAP.• If prints are mostly black, fuzzy or scrambled make sure that all grounding straps aresecure.
