5-55 SENDING DOCUMENTSCancelling sendingAutomatic diallingSending a document using one-touch speed diallingor coded speed dialling numbers ______________To use this feature you must first register numbers for one-touch speed dialling (see pp. 2-10, 2-11) or codedspeed dialling (see p. 2-12).1 Press [Stop].Note• When you cancel sending, you may need to press [Start/Copy] for a few seconds, then the fax willfeed out the document.• The fax prints an ERROR TX REPORT (see p. 8-7).1 Load the document face up into the document tray.See Loading documents, p. 3-2.You can set the scanning resolution and the contrast (seep. 5-1).2 Press the one-touch speed dialling button underwhich the number you wish to fax is registered.-or-Press [Coded Dial/Directory] and enter theappropriate two-digit coded speed dialling code.The registered name and number appear.• If you make a mistake, press [Stop]. Then press thecorrect one-touch speed dialling button or press [CodedDial/Directory] and re-enter the code.• If an error message appears on the LCD, correct the errorand press [Stop].
