Forautomatic printing, see ACTIVITY REPORT, p. 8-3.Transactions in an activity report are listed chronologically.One-touch speed dialling list __________________Lists the numbers and names registered under one-touch speed dialling buttons.Coded speed dialling list _____________________Lists the numbers and names registered under coded speed dialling codes.User’s data list_____________________________Lists the current settings of the fax and the registered sender information.Doc. memory list ___________________________Lists the documents currently stored in the fax’s memory (see p. 5-14).TX (Transmission) report_____________________You can set the fax to print an activity report every time you send a document. See TX REPORT, p. 8-3.RX (Reception) report _______________________Normally the fax does not print an activity report for receiving, but you can set the fax to print an activityreport every time you receive a document. See RX REPORT, p. 8-3.You can set the fax to print an activity report only when an error occurs during receiving.
