Sharp edges may be present that can cause injury.CAUTIONBefore performing this procedure, refer to General Disassembly Precautions, GP 10.1. Remove the DADF, PL 5.10 Item 1.2. Remove the DADF rear cover, PL 5.10 Item 9.3. Remove the DADF door assembly, PL 5.10 Item 3.4. Remove the DADF lift solenoid, REP 5.2.5. Disconnect the following connectors from the DADF PWB:• CN1• CN5• CN7• CN8• CN96. Remove the DADF transport and feed assemblies, Figure 1.NOTE: The DADF transport and feed assemblies are removed as a unit.Figure 1 Transport and feed assemblies removal7. If required, separate the DADF feed assembly from the DADF transport assembly, Figure2.1Remove 2 screwsat the rear.2Remove 3 screwsat the front.4Remove 1 screw beneath the DADF.5Lift the DADF feed andtransport assemblies outof the DADF lower coverassembly.
