Program Outputs [53] Galaxy Flex Installer Manual102Program Outputs [53]Use this option to modify the programming of the outputs on the system. You can alsochange the attributes of the outputs. The programmable options are:Attributes Description1 = Output Function Assign output type2 = Output Mode 1 = Latch - requires valid code to reset2 = Reflex - follows activation status of zones3 = Pulse (1 - 3000 secs) - activates for programmed period3 = Output Polarity 0 = POS – 12 V going to 0 V in activation1 = NEG – 0 V going to 12 V in activation4 = Diag. Recording Assigns output to be active during Diagnostic Test5 = Descriptor Assigns a descriptor of up to 12 characters for each output6 = Control 1 = Mode (0=OFF, 1=Toggle, 2=Trigger)2 = Show Status (0=OFF, 1=ON)7 = Output Groups Assign groups to the outputNote: Groups only appear if the Group option is enabled (refer to Groups [63.1]).Table 6 Output AttributesSelecting OutputsRIO OutputsWhen you enter the option the first output on the system is displayed with the output addressand function on the top line, and the polarity and assigned groups on the bottom line.Use A or B to scroll through the outputs, or enter the address of a specific output.Press ent to programme an output. The first programming attribute 1=Op Function isdisplayed.Control panel outputsOutputs 1 and 2 on the control panel use addresses 1001 and 1002 respectivelyHorn (3)The Horn output is labled as Output 3 on the PCB. The horn output is fullyprogrammable, Address 99 -.Keypad OutputsThe keypad outputs are fully programmable. The address of the keypad output is the keypadaddress prefixed with a star, for example the output for keypad 06 is 06. The function ofkeypad outputs default to Entry/Exit Horn.The valid keypad addresses and the respective output addresses are indicated in thefollowing table:
