Once youdrag a document from another folder to the Trash folder, you can hold thedocument until you are ready to delete it.N If you select a document and press the Delete key, or if you drag adocument to the Delete icon, the document is deleted immediately.It is not stored in the Trash folder.User-defined FoldersYou can create up to 255 folders for your own use. These folders are listedimmediately following the system-defined folders.When you install the Desktop Manager software, you are automaticallyprovided an initial user-defined folder named My Folder. You can use thisfolder immediately for storing documents moved from the system-definedfolders.If you create additional folders that cause the folder list to grow beyondthe visible list area, a vertical scroll bar displays. The scroll bar scrolls theentire list of system- and user-defined folders as a single entity.Viewing Documents in the Desktop ManagerWhen you open a folder, you can view the documents contained withinthe folder. With the exception of the Out Box folder, you can choose todisplay the documents in Document View or in List View.
