When prompted, click Yes to delete the profile.Creating or Editing Folder ProfilesTo create or revise a folder profile:1. Select one of the following options: To create a new profile, type the name in the Folder Profiles field. To edit an existing profile, select a profile from the Folder Profiles drop-down list.4. To create a unique name for one or more of the scanned images in the thumbnail view:a. Select the images.b. Click the Base File Name field, then type a file name.Note: The Xerox® Scan Utility adds the scan date and time information for each image to the end ofthe file name.5. Under Save to Folder, do one of the following to specify the destination folder: Type the path to the folder. Click Browse to locate the folder.6.
