OfficeServ 7100 PROGRAMMINGTECHNICAL MANUAL PART 7 APRIL 20077.3.17.3 PROGRAMMING SCREEN ELEMENTSThough each programming screen is unique, there are certain common interfaceelements to be aware of.7.3.1 Page Navigation ButtonsThe page navigation buttons are used in the event that there is too much data to fit intoone screen. The numeric list in the center defines the group of pages that is currentlybeing viewed. Simply click one of the numbers to navigate to that page. The Firstbutton will jump directly to the first group of pages, namely page 1 through page 5. ThePrevious button will jump to the group of pages immediately preceding the currentgroup. The Next button will jump to the group of pages immediately succeeding thecurrent group. The Last button will jump directly to the last group of pages.7.3.2 Voicemail Tenant Group SelectionThe voicemail system can be programmed to support multiple tenants for advancedapplications. Each tenant in the voicemail is notated by a numeric group number,referred to as the VMS number. The VMS group selection box is used to determinewhich tenant's block should be viewed for the selected block type.7.3.3 Block SearchThe block search feature is used to quickly find a specific block by name or numberwhen there are many pages of blocks available. The Menu block, for example, mayhave many pages. The block search allows a user to search for a specific Menu withouthaving to manually look through all of those pages. Simply enter the name of the blockand click Search. Certain types of blocks, such as Extension and Mailbox blocks, canalso be searched by number instead.
