OfficeServ 7100 PROGRAMMINGTECHNICAL MANUAL PART 4 APRIL 20074.2.14.2 PROGRAMMING LEVELSIn order to log in to the web programming interface, users must enter a login ID andpassword. These user accounts are created by the Site Administrator and are used tomanage access to the application. There are four levels of administration: SiteAdministrator (0), System Administrator (1), Application Administrator (2), andSubscriber Administrator (3).4.2.1 Site AdministratorThis is the main administrator level for the system. Only the default OfficeServ7100 account, "admin", may have this user level. It can be neither assigned toany other account, nor can it be revoked from the "admin" account. The SiteAdministrator has full access to every feature and function in the webprogramming interface.4.2.2 System AdministratorThis is the highest level of administration that can be assigned to a user account.A System Administrator has full access to all Automated Attendant programming.The sole difference between this level and the Site Administrator is that a SystemAdministrator cannot create or modify user accounts.4.2.3 Application AdministratorThis level of administration is assigned to users who have a good understandingof Automated Attendant programming practices. It has access to almost allfeatures in the Automated Attendant. The only screen an ApplicationAdministrator cannot access is the System Parameters screen.4.2.4 Subscriber AdministratorThe Subscriber Administrator level deals primarily with the Voicemail and has noaccess to Automated Attendant programming.
