Classes of Servicedetermine whether a particular station is able to access a feature or not. When afeature has been restricted the user will hear error tone and see, if using a keysetwith an LCD, a display saying “limited class”. There are 30 classes of serviceavailable.This MMC is divided into 5 categories: TOLL LEVEL, USABLE FEATURES, CALLSTN GROUP, CALL TRK GROUP, and CALL BIVMS STN.TOLL LEVEL Set the toll level for this Class of Service. The defaultis A for all Classes except 30, which defaults to H.Toll restriction levels can be configured in MMC 702and MMC 703.USABLE FEATURES Usable Features is a submenu that allows you togrant or deny access to specific features. The list offeatures can be found in Table A. Setting a feature toYES will allow this Class of Service to use the feature,a setting of NO will deny access.CALL STN GROUP Determine which station groups, if any, this Class ofService is allowed to dial. By default all station groupsare set to YES.CALL TRK GROUP Determine which trunk groups, if any, this Class ofService is allowed to dial.NOTE: Trunk groups that are denied cannot bedialed directly or accessed through the use of LeastCost Routing (LCR)CALL BIVMS STN Determine which voicemail ports, if any, this Class ofService is allowed to dial.NOTE: This setting only affects BI-VMS ports thatbelong to a Samsung Voicemail. Other types of BI-VMS ports are unaffected.
