This MMC works in conjunction with MMC 832 to allowdialing between the OfficeServ 7100 and a SIP or H.323 device. The IP entry field isdivided into 4 sections allowing modification of separate IPaddress fields.NOTE: When changing any IP address/value, listed below, three digits must beinput for each (octet) field.Example 192.168.1.10 input must be: 192 168 001 010PROTOCOL: This option determines the device type for this table of IPaddresses. The available settings are SIP (the default), andH323.ALIVE CHK: This option determines if a keep alive test will be performedperiodically to verify the status of the devices at IP ADDR 1 ~4. The default setting of NONE means that no alive check willbe performed. Setting this to OPTION will periodically,according to the CHK TIMER below, send a request to the SIPdevice for supported options, thus verifying the status of thedevice.USER INFO: Some peering devices require that calls sent to them beprefixed with the device’s extension number before the call willbe processed. By default this field is blank, but it can accept anentry of up to 32 characters.RMT PORT: This option sets a 5 digit TCP/IP port number the devices in thistable will use to communicate. The default setting is 05060,meaning communications will occur on the standard SIP port5060.
