The number of members allowed for asequential group is 32.2. DISTRIBUTED: The first call will go to the first member, the second call will goto the second member, the third call will go to the third member. This type ofgroup is useful for evenly distributing the call among all group members. Thenumber of members allowed for a distributed group is 32.3. UNCONDITIONAL: Calls are placed to all group members simultaneously.This reduces the number of members of the groups to 32. If a group memberis busy, they can receive off hook ring if defined in MMC 300. This ring modeoption is not available for VMSUCD or VMAA groups.C. OVERFLOW: This is the timer value that will cause unanswered calls to a group tobegin also ringing the NEXT PORT (see below) after this timer has elapsed. If setto 000, no overflow will take place.D. GRP TRANSFER: This is a timer that will determine how long C.O. callstransferred to the group will ring at the group before recalling. If set to 000, norecall will take place.E. NEXT PORT: This is the station or group number that callers will also ring at if theOVERFLOW feature has been programmed. The OVERFLOW DESTINATION canbe defined as:1. COMMON BELL There are 2 relays available in the OfficeServ 7100 systemthat are defined as Common Bell.2. RING OVER PAGE This is defined by using the number of a page audiooutput.3. STATION OR STATION GROUP. Any station or station group can be definedas the NEXT port.F. MEMBER: List all members that are to be in the group. Up to 32 members areallowed in each group, but stations can be assigned to multiple station groups.G. NXT HUNT: The length of time a call will ring at a station before it hunts to the nextgroup member.H. GROUP BUSY: OFF When this option is set to ON an intercom caller will receive abusy signal when calling the group and all members of the group are busy. Whenthis occurs then the overflow timer is bypassed as the group is not ringing.
