11&8 Index Button (INDEX)Press this button to display the list of alarm recording orof normal recording that is specified by the ALARMSEARCH button.&9 Alarm Search Button & LED (ALARM SEARCH)Selects either the list of the alarm recording or of thenormal recording to be displayed on the monitor.The LED indicates the status of selection.LED On: Search for alarm recordingLED Off: Search for normal recording*0 Display Button (DISPLAY)Toggles to show or hide the preset displays on themonitor such as camera title, operating status and soforth.*1 Link Indicator (LINK)Is lit while the connection is established with WJ-HD500.*2 Copy Button (COPY)Copies the selected images to the DVD-RAM disk.*3 Numeric Buttons (1 - 16)Use these buttons to select the desired camera numberwhile recording and playing back.*4 Increment / Decrement Button (+, -)Use these buttons to zoom in and out an image.*5 Direction Button (CDA B)Use these buttons to select the desired area to bezoomed in on the Multiscreen Monitor.C: DownwardD: UpwardA: LeftB: Right*6 Stop Button (STOP)Stops the playback.*7 Record Button & LED (REC)Starts manual recording if applicable.*8 Playback / Pause Button & LED (PLAY/PAUSE)Pressing this button will start the playback.During the playback, pressing this button will pause theplayback.The LED indicates the status.LED On: PlaybackLED Blinking: Pause*9 JogDialDuring the pause mode, rotate the JogDial to advancestill images field by field sequentially in the forward orbackward direction.Clockwise: Forwards images field by fieldCounter-clockwise: Switches images in a backwarddirection field by fieldWhile playing back a recorded image in the SEARCHmode, rotate the JogDial to skip to the top of the adja-cent recording. The playback restarts from the top ofthe accessed recording.Clockwise: Skips to the top of the next recording.Counter-clockwise: Skips to the top of the previousrecording.Rotate to select the desired recording on the list in theSEARCH mode.(0 Shuttle RingDuring playback or pause mode, turn the ring clock-wise to play back an image in the forward direction orcounter-clockwise to play an image in the backwarddirection. The playback speed depends on the turnedangle, while it keeps the original speed at the centerposition.(1 Recording Stop Button (REC STOP)Pressing this button will stop the recording.(2 Remote Terminal (REMOTE)Connect to the WJ-HD500 with the supplied modularcable.
