3Introduction OverviewThis unit is a remote operation panel for controlling a studio handycamera (AK-HC3800/AK-HC3500A) and a camera control unit(AK-HCU200/AK-HCU355A).Use a dedicated optical fiber cable to connect a studio handy camerato a camera control unit and use an ROP cable or IP connection toconnect this unit to the camera control unit. Furthermore, a remotecamera or camera recorder can be connected via a serial connectionor IP connection.When IP connections are used, up to 19 studio handy cameras,remote cameras, and camera recorders can be controlled.
