Hard DiskMoving Saved JobsPrint jobs for which Print is selected as the format in Output Method (in Windows) or Send job to (in Mac OSX) are saved in the common box, number “00”. However, jobs in this mail box will be deleted one after anotherstarting with the oldest job in the following situations.• If there are more than 100 saved jobs in the common box and job queue combined• If the temporary storage area becomes full during reception of print jobs for which you have selectedPrint or Print (auto delete) in Output Method (in Windows) or Send job to (in Mac OS X)• If the temporary and permanent storage areas no longer have enough space during reception of printjobs for which you have selected Save in mail box in Output Method (in Windows) or Send jobto (in Mac OS X)You can move jobs to personal boxes “01” to “29” to prevent them from being deleted.
