Removing the Pick-Up Assembly1) Open the right door of the pedestal, and slideout the paper deck to the front about 10 cm.Caution:• For the paper deck pedestal, slide out only thepaper deck.• Do not try to detach the pick-up assemblywithout removing the paper deck from thepedestal; the lifter will make the removal ofthe pick-up assembly impossible.• Do not slide out the paper deck too far towardthe front; doing so would cause the pedestalto tilt to the front when the pick-up assemblyis removed.2) Remove the right cover.3) Remove the screw q; then, remove the stopplate.4) Remove the eight mounting screws w, andremove the two support plates e.5) Disconnect the four connectors r.Figure 4-360
