Problem SolvingXerox ® WorkCentre® 5022/5024 Multifunction PrinterUser Guide13-12Copying ProblemsThis section provides possible solutions to various problems you may encounter when using the Copyfeatures.Unable to CopyThe table below lists possible solutions when you are unable to copy.Symptom Possible Cause RemedyThe document isnot fed properlythrough thedocumentfeeder.The document size is toosmall.The minimum size of document that can beloaded on the document feeder is A5 .The document is not asupported type.The document feeder does not supportwarped documents, business cards,transparencies, thin documents,or documents with attached stick-on notes,paper clips or tape.Refer to Paper Types on page 4-1.The document guides aremisaligned.Align the document guides properly tomatch the document size.There are document shredsstuck in the documentfeeder.Open the document feeder cover, andremove the document shreds.Refer to Document Jams on page 13-55.You have placed a documentcontaining pages of differentsizes.You cannot place documents with differentsize pages.
