1.13.2 Call ParkDescriptionAn extension user can place a call into a common parking zone of the PBX. The Call Park feature can be usedas a transferring feature; this releases the user from the parked call to perform other operations. The parkedcall can be retrieved by any extension user.Conditions• Automatic Call ParkIt is possible to select an idle parking zone automatically.• RetryIf the specified parking zone is occupied or there is no vacant zone for Automatic Call Park, the originatorwill hear a busy tone. Retrying is possible while hearing the busy tone by selecting parking zone or a vacantzone.• Call Park RecallIf a parked call is not retrieved within a preprogrammed time period, Call Park Recall will be heard at theTransfer Recall destination assigned to the extension which parked the call. If the destination is engagedin a call, the Hold Alarm will be heard.• If a parked trunk call is not retrieved within a preprogrammed time period (Default: 30 minutes), it isautomatically disconnected.• Call Park ButtonPressing the Call Park button parks or retrieves a call in a preset parking zone.A flexible button can be customised as the Call Park button. It shows the current status of the preset parkingzone as follows:Light pattern StatusSlow red flashing Parked in the preset parking zoneOff No parked call• Call Park (Automatic Park Zone) ButtonPressing the Call Park (Automatic Park Zone) button parks a call in an idle parking zone automatically.
