CANON NP6621 REV.0 FEB. 1998 PRINTED IN JAPAN (IMPRIME AU JAPON)Initializing Back-Up Error CodesIf the self-diagnosis mechanism has turned ON,you can reset the machine by turning OFF and thenON the power switch, unless the error is repre-sented by ‘E000’, ‘E001’, ‘E002’, “E003', or ‘E004’.This is to prevent the user from resetting the machinethereby damaging the fixing assembly.If ‘E000’, ‘E001’, ‘E002’, “E003', or ‘E004’ isindicated, remove the cause of the error and performthe following:1) Open the front door, and insert the door switchactuator.2) While holding down the service mode switch(SW850) on the DC controller, turn the powerswitch OFF/ON.3) When the power has been removed in about 2sec, turn ON the power switch once again.
