UBI Stand-Alone Concept74PRINTING LABELSIn the Edit part of the Run Mode, you can print single copies of thelabel you have selected for editing. The Print part of the Run Modeallows you to print several copies of the same label by means of asingle command, or to print a batch of different labels, each with aseparate quantity of copies. Using the Print part also has the advan-tage that you do not risk to change any input by accident.During printing, possible counters will be incremented or decre-mented as specified by the layout. The first time a label is printed,the counters will start from the values specified in the Edit part ofthe Run Mode. When the printing is completed, the values of thecounters will be saved. Next time you print the label, the counterswill start from the saved values, unless you have reset the countersin the Edit part of the Run Mode.Starting from the Main Stand-Alone menu, proceed as follows toprint a single label or a batch of labels:Select Mode1:Run 2:SetSelect the Run Mode by pressing < 1 >.1:Print 2:Edit3:Delete 4:ListSelect the Print option by pressing < 1 >.Print LBL nr– – – – – – – –Enter the number of the label you want to print (1–99999999). Incase of batch printing, enter the number of the first label in the batch.Now you can proceed in two different ways:1. Print a Single LabelIf you just want to print one single copy of a single label, press< Print >. A message is displayed while the label is printed:Printing 1LBL nr XXXXXXXXNew copies of the same label can be printed by repeated use ofthe < Print > key. Leave by pressing < Esc >, which will takeyou to the main menu of the Run Mode, or expand the printingto a batch of labels by pressing < Enter >, see below.Continued!
