UBI Stand-Alone Concept24SETTING THE CLOCKAll UBI Stand-Alone printers are fitted with a battery backed-upreal-time clock that keeps record of the time and date includingleap-years until the year of 2079. The time and date are set at factoryaccording to Swedish mean time. Before using the printer inanother time zone, you should reset the clock. The same applieswhen switching between normal and summer time.Starting from the Main Stand-Alone menu, proceed as follows:Select Mode1:Run 2:SetSelect the Set Mode by pressing < 2 >.1:Layout 2:Setup3:Transm 4:DateSelect the Date option by typing < 4 >.Set date YYMMDD921030On the lower line, the present date according to the printer's calendaris displayed.To bypass, press < Enter >.To reset the date, overwrite the displayed date by typing a new one(without encoding) according to the displayed structure where:YY = Year (last two digits, i.e. 1993 is entered as 93)MM = Month (always two digits, e.g. January = 01)DD = Day (always two digits; 01–28/29/30/31)When ready, press < Enter >.Set time hhmmss082824The current time according to the printer's clock is displayed. Toreset the time, overwrite the displayed time (without encoding) asto set the clock 15–20 seconds in advance.
